Being a part of the ‘Projector Creative & Tech Foundation’ program has been a life-changing experience. The program aims to support 1,000 women who were forced to leave their homes due to the war, offering them a path to rebuild their lives through education and skill development. For me, this experience was especially meaningful as it provided an opportunity to help these women find their place in a new world.

• Leading a team of junior designers, providing guidance and support.
• Mentoring and teaching a group of 16 designers over a 3-month period, helping them develop new skills and build confidence.

The first time I worked as a lead designer was at Blue Lemons, where I successfully managed and mentored a team of junior designers across a variety of projects. I gained experience in several niches, including Fintech, complex management tools, and De-Fi.
